Vision
School District No. 40 (New Westminster) is working in partnership with the City of New Westminster to develop three accessible, inclusive, and vibrant schools which will act as focal points within our neighbourhoods - and offer a range of programs to meet the needs of our diverse community.

Project Overview
This capital projects plan is complex and comprehensive. It holds several pieces to a very large puzzle, and each piece needs to work with the other for the plan to be successful.

To keep you informed of our progress, we are providing reports, updates, surveys, correspondence, facts and media materials in one place.

During the planning process, the City and School District recognized areas where they could work together to create a better future for our community.

To ensure success, a framework agreement that clearly defines the partnership has been created: Massey Performing Arts Centre Business Framework Agreement.
